WHEREAS, a petition under section 25 of PUNJAB CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2005 titled as


__________vs Muhammad _____etc is pending for adjudication in the Court of Learned District Consumer Court Judge , Rahimyarkhan against Muhammad _______etc (hereinafter referred to as "RESPONDENTS".
